Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the 10000 Pas app ("we", "our", or "the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, these terms apply.
The Service
10000 Pas uses Apple's Screen Time features to lock the apps you choose until you've walked the step goal you set. The app is a self-help tool for your own device, not a parental-control app. Locking and step counting depend on iOS and your device's sensors, so we can't guarantee that every lock, unlock, or step count will be exact at all times.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Using 10000 Pas requires a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- A lifetime purchase is charged once and doesn't renew.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
When a subscription ends, the app stops locking your apps. Your settings are kept in case you come back.
Health and Safety
10000 Pas isn't a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new physical activity if you have any health concerns. Stay aware of your surroundings while walking, and don't use your phone in situations where it could be unsafe.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, or to use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed notifications or access to an app being locked or unlocked. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new terms.
