How do I unlock an app?
Open a locked app, walk until you reach your goal, then tap Check my step count on the lock screen. Once you've reached your goal, tap the button again to open the app for the time you chose.
My step count looks wrong.
10000 Pas reads steps from your iPhone's motion sensor, the same source Apple uses. Check that Motion & Fitness is on for 10000 Pas in Settings › Privacy & Security › Motion & Fitness. Steps only count while the iPhone is on you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, choose 10000 Pas, and tap Cancel Subscription. If your subscription ends, your apps are no longer locked.
I reinstalled the app or changed phones. How do I get my purchase back?
Tap Restore on the purchase screen while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I remove all locks?
Deleting 10000 Pas removes every lock right away. iOS guarantees this for all Screen Time apps.
Does the app collect my data?
Your step counts never leave your iPhone, and we can't see which apps you lock. We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
